Thank you for shopping with Glass Skin Glow. We work with trusted fulfilment partners, including TeemDrop, to deliver authentic Korean skincare products across South Africa.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within South Africa:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders of R799 or more.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.
Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays outside our control may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Glass Skin Glow is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfilment partner and courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
